PIAA Postseason Eligibility Form
POST_SEASON_ELIGIBITY_WAIVER.pdf before july 14 2021.pdfTransfers Entering 11th or 12th Grade need to fill this form out to have a chance to play in the PIAA postseason which includes District and State Championships. (PCL playoffs are not included-the transfer is eligible for PCL playoffs as long he he/she has their waiver form in and signed)
